AT carries out training for two set of professionals within
the organization viz. the End-users and System-professionals.
There are different models of training that are deployed
depending upon the training needs, skill level of
professionals and the number of people to be trained. The
different Training models used include “Hands-on Training”,
Class-room Training and “Train the Trainer Concept “.
Training is conducted weekly on every Saturday. These training
programmes also include Group Discussion, Analysis of a
specific problem by the entire team & training on new
technologies. |
